Chaffee County Adopts New Land Use Code and Zoning Map
On November 19, 2024, Chaffee County took a significant step forward by officially adopting a new Land Use Code and Zoning Map. The updated Land Use Code will go into effect on January 1, 2025, ushering in a new era for local land use regulations.
The county's subdivision moratorium has been lifted and will become effective on January 1, 2025, alongside the new code and procedures.
